Custom orders 

Custom orders will typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the customer's order date on average. 

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.


Return Policy/Cancellations

Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of custom items, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.

 

Non-custom items must be returned within 7 business days after receiving for a refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Return procedure:

You must return the item in the original packaging. Item will be inspected upon return. A credit will be issued to the original credit card within 15 days after we receive the item. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. 

 

Cancellations:

Custom designs: Cancellation request on custom made or custom artwork must be submitted within 5 hours from time of purchase. All custom items . All of our designs are made to order and can not be refunded or cancelled due to time and resources allotted to fulfill order. 

Non-custom designs: A request of cancellation must be submitted within 24hrs of the purchase date. Please note that if an item has been shipped we will not be able to accept cancellation. 

 

Warranty Returns

If design was receive defective or incorrect(due to our error) a correct item will be issued at no charge.  It is customers responsibility to verify that all information(name, date, and/or shipping address) submitted is correct

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us. 

Shipping Policy

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for more information. If items are detained in customs, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
